Happy new year y’all !!! And another Neptunes year has finishied with highlights such as the unreleased Natasha Ramos album Show & Prove (2007) and N*E*R*D’s fourth album Nothing (2010) and of course Pharrell’s first project as a composer, the Despicable Me Project. The Neptunes haven’t been so successful this year as the previous years but they had a smash number one hit with Swedish House Mafia with the tune One (Your Name), you can check below all Neptunes Singles among the whole production list from 2010.
Let’s talk about the Upcoming projects of 2011 which look really promising. As we already know, the biggest news is The Neptunes’ second compilation album right after Clones from 2003, now that’s what we all look forward to ain’t we, and It will be interesting to see if the newest Star Trak signee Maxine Ashley will have any Beyoncésque Neptunes Tracks this year cuz I look really forward to hear her on a Neptunes production, that girl has a voice. Other highlights for this year are the next Madonna album, Asher Roth’s The Spaghetti Tree with 11 studio tracks, Avril Lavigne, Britney Spears’s seventh studio album (due March), Cassie’s Hide feat. Pharrell, Mystikal’s The Big Shake Back and other composer projects by Pharrell such as Super Freak: The Rick James Story and Voltron – Defender Of The Universe.
