Tinie Tempah has told NME that he is working with Pharrell Williams on his new album. The rapper was talking before his performance for CBS’ Live On Letterman show in New York last night (May 17), explaining that he’s been in the studio with the N*E*R*D man “quite a lot“. “The second album is well under way, it’s sounding amazing,” the Londoner said. “I’ve been in the studio with Pharrell quite a lot recently and obviously [producer] Stargate. The first album has done so many amazing things, I want to make sure the second one is twice as good.”

Tinie said that fans will be able to hear new material from it “by about September“, and the rapper named the likes of Sleigh Bells and Kanye West as acts he’d like to collaborate with beyond Williams. PopDash are reporting that he’s also hoping to work with Usher, with the pair reportedly having talked about a collaboration already.
