It looks like The Neptunes produced ‘ Certified’ didn’t make the album but the sad thing about this album is  9 out of 13 tracks have already leaked which sucks but album is out march 30 for those who wants to pay for the 4 unreleased songs.

Usher’s ‘Raymond VS. Raymond’ Album Leaks, 1 Neptunes Track

Usher’s anticipated album “Raymond VS. Raymond,” the album the singer spent months in Las Vegas recording, has leaked. Featuring collaborations with both T.I. and Pharrell, in addition to the currently in rotation single ‘Daddy’s Home‘ with Plies, sources say “Raymond VS. Raymond” appeared online. Usher is not the first artist to suffer a major leak this month, he follows Grammy Award-winner Lil’ Wayne, whose album “Rebirth” made its way to fans over a month prior to its release.

“Raymond VS. Raymond” is however, a significant leak considering the fact that it was due to be released in either February or March with just a few songs spotted online like the Nicki Minaj featured “Little Freak“. “Raymond VS. Raymond” was originally due for release fall 2009 but was later pushed back. Issuing a statement in November 2009, Usher’s management told Reuters “This is a solid album that we believe in. We want to give it a proper launch.” And it seems like The Neptunes got 1 track on the album, which is ‘Certified feat. Pharrell’.

“Vibe” Responds To Robin Thicke Cover Issue

Vibe Magazine issued a statement today in response to Robin Thicke’s controversial interview last week, an interview in which the singer says he was denied the cover because he was white. In response to Thicke’s claim, the magazine says: “We have a great deal of respect for Robin Thicke and his music, and we remain flattered by his desire to be on a VIBE Cover. A VIBE cover is a huge milestone in any artist’s career—recent cover stars include Young Jeezy, Mariah Carey, 50 Cent, Usher, Senator Barack Obama, Eminem, Lil’ Wayne, and Robert De Niro, to say nothing of our 15-year history.

We wish Thicke the best, and we’re glad he discusses his thoughts on race and R&B in the new October 2008 issue of VIBE.” Regardless of transpired with Vibe, Thicke says “I respect that [their decision] because I live in a house with a black woman. I won’t use the word racism. I will say it’s a tough — but rewarding — fight. I look at Mary J. Blige, somebody who has had only a few pop hits and yet has changed culture, generated new sounds and inspired leagues of artists. She’s now a worldwide phenomenon. And it’s because of what she stood for; she never gave up.”

After much delay, St. Louis’ best finally gave New York’s industry audience a taste of his upcoming album, Brass Knuckles, set to drop September 16th. In an intimate location that resembled a glorified chop shop on Hudson Street, Nelly—tequila in hand—went track for track, unraveling a story behind how every one came to life. As guests sipped on Don Julio spiked punch, they gathered around the DJ booth to bounce to Nelly’s latest single, “Body On Me,” and to find out if the rest is just as hot. Bursting at the seams with all-star cameos (Akon, Snoop Dogg, Chuck D, Pharrell, and of course, Ashanti, to name a few), the album was almost overwhelming.
