Adam Levine has been in the studio with Pharrell to record some tracks for NBC’s “The Voice, winner Javier Colon for his third studio album. Levine said he sang on several songs for winner Javier Colon’s album, which Universal will release on Nov. 22. Pharrell Williams produced the Levine and Colon tracks. Adam on collaborating with last year’s champ Javier Colon: “He’s finishing up his record. I just sang on one of his songs that Pharrell [Williams] did. It sounded amazing . . . it’s coming out soon.” The sophomore season of the NBC reality competition will kick off in the prime post-Super Bowl spot on Feb. 5.

Javier Colon (33) born in Stratford, Connecticut is an American singer and songwriter of Dominican and Puerto Rican origin. He was signed to Capitol Records, known as artist Javier but in 2006, the contract was terminated and Javier Colon became an independent artist with his own label, Javier Colon Music. In 2011, he won the the inaugural season of the U.S. television show on NBC, The Voice, receiving $100,000 and signing a recording contract with Universal Republic Records and is working on his third studio album now.
