Pharrell Williams paid tribute to Mac Miller via video message during a benefit concert in honour of the late rapper on Wednesday. The 26-year-old rapper was found dead in his San Fernando Valley home last month, following a suspected overdose, and on Wednesday night stars from the music world came out to honour the late hip-hop star by performing covers of his much-loved songs at the Greek Theatre in Los Angeles, and sharing their memories of the Dang hitmaker’. Pharrell praised Miller for his amazing voice and said he will be sorely missed. The Happy hitmaker said in a clip: “Listening to all of your recent music, you really were using your voice. It’s amazing. The world misses you bro, rest easy. Definitely in peace.” Check out the message below.
