Remember that short weird clip with Eric Flat and Pharrell as a Police Officer back in September 2009, well that was a short clip of Quentin Dupiuex’s latest short film called ‘Where’s The Money George?’. The video is recorded by Quentin Dupiuex and shot in June 27th 2009. Mr. Oizo (pronounced Monsieur Wah-zoh, deformation of the French word “oiseau”, bird) is the pseudonym of French music producer and film producer Quentin Dupieux, he is most famous for his electro track “Flat Beat“, which became a hit all across Europe in 1999 for being featured in a series of Levi’s jeans TV advertisements, thanks to FlowHightide.

Remember when The Neptunes got to spend a few hours with DJ Pedro Winter aka Busy P. in the studio, well check this video below with Pharrell Williams & Flat Eric. According to the clapper board in the video teaser, the video is recorded by Quentin Dupiuex and shot in June 27th. Mr. Oizo (pronounced Monsieur Wah-zoh, deformation of the French word “oiseau”, bird) is the pseudonym of French music producer and film producer Quentin Dupieux. Dupieux is most famous for his electro track “Flat Beat“, which became a hit all across Europe in 1999 for being featured in a series of Levi’s jeans TV advertisements. Dupieux also directed the ad, which featured a yellow puppet named Flat Eric nodding his head to the sound of the track while riding in a pickup truck. Flat Eric later appeared in the music video for “Flat Beat“. DJ Pedro Winter aka Busy P., manages Mr. Oizo and owns Ed Banger Records where Mr. Oizo is signed. It looks like Pharrell will be on his next short film project or is that a teaser of his new single directed by him from his 2008 album “Lambs Anger”, we’ll see.
