I allways thought this tune is a neptunes ripoff, because it sounded so unfinished but it is indeed produced by The Neptunes. According to mtv.com
American pop girl group and Bad Boy Records signee ‘Dream’ worked with The Neptunes back in 2003 for their second studio album ‘Reality’ but it didn’t make the final cut.
It was completed by and set to be released in 2003, but never hit retail stores due to lack of promotion. One of the songs from the album. At one point, the album was only available for purchase on France’s Virgin Records music site, however, the album was finally released by way of iTunes on May 13, 2008. “Dream also worked with The Neptunes, Rodney Jerkins and Wade Robson, although it is not yet clear whether those tracks will make the project.
