This is The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas’ 30-second TV ad, intended to pique the curiosity of our guests and evolve the campaign “Just The Right Amount of Wrong.” Directed by the writer and director of Leaving Las Vegas, Mike Figgis, the new commercial challenges expectation with music from Mos Def, retro imagery and a story line that leaves the viewer looking for more.
It is as unique as the Cosmopolitan guest. The Music is taken from Mos Def’s 2009 album The Ecstatic with the Chad Hugo Produced tune ‘Twilite Speedball’. Some dude on the net managed to make a Instrumental gathered from this ad, and the actual tune. The Instrumental actually proper mixed, so I threw that tune in my own Acid Monsta to re-do it, this is the result. Thanks to CMP.
