A Clipse reunion has been a topic of discussion ever since the duos’ younger half, Pusha T, jumped into the studio last week with The Neptunes to record new music. Earlier this week, Karen Civil reported the studio sessions also include contributions from No Malice, which would mean a Clipse reunion was in full effect. In an interview with POW TV this past Monday (January 6), the same day the news broke, No Malice addressed the possibility of Clipse reuniting. “I still hold out hope for a Clipse reunion,” he says. “I really believe that we will be able to do it, but any music that I make is totally 100-percent going to glorify God. That’s what I do. That’s what I’m about. I’m still holding out hope that can happen.”

The interview with POW TV took place backstage at 106 and Park where No Malice was also interviewed by hosts Bow Wow and Keshia Chanté. He provided a similar response when asked about a possible reunion. “With God all things are possible,” he says. “Pusha’s my brother, and we’re always together. No bonds have been broken or anything like that. But right now, my music is definitely glorifying God. So we’ll see what happens in 2014. I’m hopeful.” Watch the full interview above, where No Malice also talks about going the independent route and gaining knowledge through reading. His own book, Wretched, Pitiful, Poor, Blind and Naked, is available on Amazon.
