Pharrell & Calvin Harris To Knock Justin Bieber’s Despacito Off #1
Calvin Harris is well on the way to knocking Luis Fonsi, Daddy Yankee and Justin Bieber off their number one throne this week as his track, Feels, soars up the singles charts. The superstar collaboration, featuring Pharrell Williams, Katy Perry and Big Sean, is currently at number two and only 500 sales behind summer smash-hit, Despacito, with four days still to go before the official list is released. Success for Harris’ tune would deprive the Latin-inspired remix of a 12th week in the top spot, while marking an eighth number one for the artist himself, a fourth for Williams, a fifth for Perry and a first ever for Sean, make sure to cop it on iTunes now !
Calvin Harris just released his fifth studio album titled ‘Funk Wav Bounces Vol.1’ with 2 Pharrell collaborations on the tunes ‘Heatstroke’ and ‘Feels’ which should’ve been a duet with Katy Perry in the first place. I’ve also removed Big Sean from the tune, check out both versions below including the Instrumentals.

Calvin Harris has just revealed the snippets to his fifth studio album ‘Funk Way Bounces Vol. 1’ and previewed another Pharrell collaboration which sounds pretty awesome, check out the snippet below, the album is expected to release on June 30, make sure to Pre-Order the album NOW.
To the surprise of listeners, Calvin Harris sings lead vocals on his new single “My Way.” The mega-selling producer-DJ hasn’t done this since 2014’s “Summer,” as he pointed out during a recent Beats 1 interview with Zane Lowe. Apparently, though, a former Voice coach convinced Calvin to give singing a second chance. “[There’s] only so far you can go with a voice like mine, and there’s a limit to the range,” he says. “Actually, Pharrell told me something about hitting the notes. Occasionally people try to persuade me to sing again and he was one of those people.”
“He said … it’s not about hitting the notes, it’s about getting the emotion and the feeling and the character across,” Calvin adds. “Once he said that to me, I started looking at myself [and] my voice differently ’cause I was like, ‘Hmm, someone like him picked up on that.’” Calvin released “My Way,” which isn’t about ex Taylor Swift, on September 16. Watch him talk how Pharrell told him to sing below.
Capitalfm.com got a hold of Pharrell when asked if there is a possible collaborartion with Calvin Harris. “You know what? We spoke, we haven’t had a chance to finish having a conversation but I think he is so incredibly talented and whatever he would like to do, yeah I’d do that. I think he has a rare unique voice and I think the songs that he makes are just so different and the world needs people like him.” Thanks to superjdoug.
