During market week in Las Vegas, throngs of streetwear heads and industry figures flock to tradeshows like AGENDA in order to see the latest and greatest offerings from the brands in the world. One of the most popular booths was Billionaire Boys Club, who displayed their upcoming offerings from their regular collection, as well as the Bee Line collection from lauded designer Mark McNairy.

Complex took a second to chat with Pharrell about the new offerings, and his favorite pieces. You’ll be surprised to see which one he’s been wearing a lot. He also took a moment to discuss his personal style, and why the weather is the only thing you need to pay attention to before you get dressed.

Can you tell me what you’re wearing right now?
Lanvin resort hat, Chanel glasses, BBC undershirt with the V-neck, old vintage cut-off BBC Boy shorts, custom red-on-red Timberlands that I just did with my collaboration with Timberland. Comme des Garcons jacket, Chanel jade rosary necklace, same black Audemars concept watch.

How would you describe your personal sense of style right now?
Comfortable. Comfy. And, you know, keeping the climate in mind. When you wake up in the morning it’s about how you feel, where you’re headed, and what the temperature’s gonna be like. Those are the three factors that, if you’re honest with yourself, you’ll probably never go wrong in terms of being comfortable.

So you’re looking at your phone’s weather app before you’re looking in your closet?
I don’t know if I’m doin’ that, but you pretty much know when it’s gonna rain. I know where I’m gonna be so I pretty much know what the week is gonna be like based on where I gotta go.

What do you think of the way people are dressed here at the tradeshows or here in Vegas?
Those are two separate conversations. At the convention, I’m sure it’s going to be much more hyper in terms of the differences between people. There’ll be really strong distinctions because, you know, they’re here to promote clothing so it’s going to be a little more effervescent in the sense that you’re like, “Whoa, what was that?” Vegas has their own thing locally here as well. They have their own thing.

What is your favorite piece from the Spring ’14 collection?
I wear the plaid tunic and the chambray one, but all of it is my favorite—I mean it’s all so fresh. I might steal every piece before I leave Vegas.
