Pharrell and Adidas are dropping the Humanrace x Adidas Evolution Pro, a $1,000 running shoe based on the Pro Evo 1. Called a “design study,” it’s Pharrell’s take on a super shoe, with touch-reactive details meant to give a new sensory feel. The shoe is ultra-light, with Lightstrike Pro Foam, a wider sole, and a mesh upper with raised dots.
It’s mostly white and black, with blue and green marbled accents on the outsole, a nod to Humanrace’s Earth-inspired style. This isn’t just for looks—Adidas’ Pro Evo Line has already dominated major marathons in 2025. Pharrell’s version is more about ideas than mass appeal. The Humanrace x Adidas Evolution Pro drops January 24 at select retailers for $1,000.
