According to Archer One, Buddy has a tune that features Miley Cyrus on it, which is planned for his debut album. ““Yo be on the look out for my lil nigga @beyoudouble ‘s upcoming album, shit goooooo’s “smoke signals” produced by @pharrell & feat. @mileycyrus yup! By Kyle Anderson. Miley Cyrus had quite a year. As she told Entertainment Weekly, she planned on 2013 being the best year of her life, and she certainly lived up to that lofty goal. Cyrus is one of EW’s Entertainers of the Year, and when asked who she would pass that honor on to, she agreed with one of EW’s picks. “I really think Pharrell [Williams] is the entertainer of the year,” Cyrus told EW. “Not only for what he did on my record but for what he did in the music industry in general with ‘Blurred Lines’ and Daft Punk.” Indeed, Williams contributed “#GETITRIGHT” to Cyrus’ album Bangerz and provided lots of guidance for her sonic reinvention.
In Williams, Cyrus found a kindred spirit. ”He and I were kind of on the same path, and I think that’s why he and I connected,” she said. “He really feels like a brother—it’s more than just us working together. No one had heard from me or him in a minute, and we were just kind of brewing up what we wanted to do next and what we wanted to drop on people. He and I were on kind of a journey together, and I couldn’t be more happy for him and what he accomplished this year in everything—in fashion, in art, everything he does. There’s not a better person I would wish that on. He’s the best person I’ve ever gotten to watch and learn from.
I’ve grown up in this industry, and I’ve watched a lot of people, and I think that’s where I learned most of what I know. He’s one of the greatest mentors I’ve ever had, and who he is as a person is equally as amazing as who he is as an entertainer.” It’s a mutual admiration society between Williams and Cyrus. Back in January, Williams talked up Bangerz to EW long before the release of the single “We Can’t Stop.” ”Miley Cyrus is gonna be amazing,” he told EW. “I’ll tell you what right now: She is a force, and no one knows it, and I’m so happy for her. This is a girl who has been fighting for a very long time and loyal to the brand that gave her her start.
But she had to break out of not only that realm but also the glass image that she felt everybody was keeping her encased in. She’s going from beautiful caterpillar to giant butterfly with vigor. She’s really that. Her vocal ability is far beyond what anyone thinks. She is very knowledgeable—she can quote the last Wacka Flocka song, and she can tell you when Dolly Parton released ‘Jolene.’ She is nothing short of a phenomenon. To see her go is amazing to watch. She’s not afraid of anything.” Cyrus certainly proved him right.
Pharrell & Co. Attend GQ ‘Men Of The Year’ Party, Hints More Miley Madness Coming, ‘You’ll See’
Posted: November 14th
Following events in London with Robin Thicke and New York with Justin Timberlake, GQ celebrated its “Men of the Year” issue with another star-studded bash in L.A. on Tuesday night. Music and Hollywood’s biggest stars toasted this year’s “Men Of The Year” including Timberlake, Kendrick Lamar, and Pharrell. The “Get Lucky” hitmaker brought his wife Helen Lasichanh and mingled with fellow honorees Matthew McConaughey, Will Ferrell, and Andy Samberg.
On the red carpet, Pharrell was asked what makes a perfect gentleman. “Honesty, being kind, being thoughtful, just in terms of being considerate,” said the super-producer, who has a four-year-old son named Rocket. “And trusting of gut, instinct is very important.” Kid Cudi looked dapper in a Tom Ford tux, while Trey Songz played a game of pool with his date, model and actress Tanaya Henry. Other attendees included The RZA, Raphael Saadiq, Aziz Ansari, and Sia.
So according to the official credits, i am OTHER signee Cris Cab played the guitar on the Pharrell produced ‘Rooting For My Baby’, and Chad Hugo played the guitar and whistling to #GETITRIGHT, besides that ‘Rubber Band’ and the Mary J. Blige x Tyler, The Creator collaboration didn’t make the final cut, we should see those tunes on a different release.
The last two Miley Cyrus tracks leaked from the Deluxe Version of ‘Bangerz’ and they’re fucking Bangerz, those two bonus tracks are better than the whole album, especially On My Own, which is actually also an old Neptunes beat that’s been recycled from 2002. Check out the whole production credits below, Bangerz is now on iTunes.

Miley just can’t keep her clothes on. After baring all in both her “Wrecking Ball” video and on a newly released Bangerz album cover, Pop’s “wildest child” goes skinny dipping on the cover of Rolling Stone‘s latest issue. In Josh Eels‘ cover story, Miley discusses her controversial performance at last month’s MTV VMA’s (otherwise known as #Twerkgate), her new-found relationships with Pharrell .
“On the way back to L.A., Miley’s phone buzzes. “This is why I love Pharrell so much,” she says, then reads a text that he sent her out loud. It’s at least 1,000 characters long; she scrolls forever. “The VMAs was nothing more than God or the Universe showing you how powerful anything you do is,” he says at one point. “It’s like uranium – it has the power to take over lives or power entire countries. Now that you’ve seen your power, master it. You’re not a train wreck. You’re the train pulling everyone else along”
“Honestly, that was our MTV version. We could have even gone further, but we didn’t. I thought that’s what the VMAs were all about! It’s not the Grammys or the Oscars. You’re not supposed to show up in a gown, Vanna White-style. It’s supposed to be fun! No one is talking about the man behind the ass. It was a lot of ‘Miley twerks on Robin Thicke,’ but never, ‘Robin Thicke grinds up on Miley.’ They’re only talking about the one that bent over. So obviously there’s a double standard.
